I come to this work having been deeply affected by my own therapy experiences. When an early therapist helped me learn how to relate to my inner world with curiosity and compassion it changed the game for me. It allowed me to see a new horizon for what was possible in my life.

Being part of people’s change for the better is so meaningful. There is nothing like being a witness to someone becoming a fuller expression of themselves - the feelings are contagious! This work also meets personal needs for novelty and creativity. My style is integrative because I enjoy learning AND it allows me to follow what works best for my clients.

Outside of the therapy room I am a nature lover, dancer, dog owner, thrift store scavenger and meditator - among other iterations. I treasure the people in my life that take joy in me being myself. Currently I am on the path of cultivating the sense of community that I have always longed for.

I want to share that early on it was hard for me to find a therapist I could feel safe with. I know from experience the courage it takes to start something new and consider exploring your vulnerabilities with a stranger. I share this with the hope that in looking for someone you will give yourself permission to trust your gut!

Savannah as therapist and human being.

“What is true is already so. Owning up to it doesn't make it worse. Not being open about it doesn't make it go away. And because it's true, it is what is there to be interacted with. Anything untrue isn't there to be lived.”

— Gene Gendlin
